Earlier this month as summer was ending, I borrowed the Charming Duck Pond bundle from the Lily Pond Lane suite from a friend to use in class (thanks Sharon!). This wasn’t a suite that appealed to me – I mean, it’s cute and all, but one can’t own everything! In class, we made this cute card:
Everyone loved it! Especially because I die cut out almost all the pieces – if we did it in class, it would take forever for 20 people to do so. Of course, I had to make a few extra to have on hand and there they were, sitting on my desk. When I looked at today’s template, I decided that instead of a sentiment in the center (which works well), I wanted a little scene. So those little ducks found a new home!
I love using designer series papers in my backgrounds, and the three strips on this template lend themselves perfectly to DSP. Check out how it all came together in my Quick Class from today, 9/25/24:
Note that the video screen goes black from 11:47-14:18 – I got a phone call and use my phone’s camera, so somehow it caused an issue. Please just skip ahead 🙂

I hope to see you at a class sometime soon, but you can always find ideas here on my blog as well as on Facebook and Instagram.
