This month’s theme for the Stamper’s Dozen Blog Hop is Autumn Abundance—and I have to admit, I’ve been so focused on preparing my Ultimate Christmas Card Class that I nearly skipped right over fall crafting! Thankfully, this blog hop gave me the perfect excuse to pause and enjoy the season (even though it’s 80 degrees here today and is technically still summer!).
I’ve fallen in love with the gorgeous Designer Series Paper options for autumn. For this project, I finally opened my pack of Gathering Together Specialty Paper—and once I did, I couldn’t resist pairing it with the Artistic Leaves stamp set. They truly are a perfect match.
By pulling colors directly from the DSP, I created this card:

Even though the paper itself doesn’t include Pumpkin Pie, it turned out to be the perfect accent shade for shadowing and adding warmth. I love how it brings the whole design together!
What do you think—do you reach for traditional fall colors, or do you enjoy trying unexpected combinations?
I’m grateful that you’ve stopped by today. Be sure to visit all of the sites on the blog hop to see a variety of new product inspiration for your paper crafting projects.

I hope to see you at a class sometime soon, but you can always find ideas here on my blog as well as on Facebook and Instagram.
