This month’s blog hop theme is Shades of Green. Now, I’m sure this them was chosen to honor St. Patrick’s Day which is celebrated on Monday, March 17th. But I’ll admit, while I am a big fan of St. Patrick’s Day and wear my green for days (even though I’m NOT Irish – gasp!), I don’t really make cards for the holiday. I find that I never get them sent out in time, and most of my customers don’t miss them in favor of Spring and Easter cards.

So, with the upcoming new catalog, I have been reminiscing lately about stamp sets and bundles I used when the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog first came out but have been neglecting. I decided to pull out the Flowers of Beauty and Unbounded Love bundles, and paired them with the fabulous Timeless Plaid DSP for my blog hop today.

This fun fold card is a simple Z-fold. I just folded the card front back in half to make the panel, then added a matted focal point label with the Nested Essentials dies.

The flowers and stem/leaves are from the Flowers of Beauty bundle along with the sentiment from Unbounded Love. You can easily change the colors (here, I used Old Olive and Boho Blue to match the plaid DSP) to create a completely different feel. The fun fold element adds interest, as do the die cut flowers that add a bit of depth.
