Create this Adorable Birthday Card with a Stamp Set, Inks and a Punch
Oct 17, 2022

I CASE’d (Copy And Share Everything) this card from Amanda Mertz for my Stamp-a-Stack last weekend – thanks, Amanda! Everyone loved this little tableau of a birthday card, which is good for anyone at any age. I have been wanting to use the Whale Done stamp set for months but couldn’t come up with a design worthy of my class, until now!

We started with a template with a circle cut out of it. We laid it over the Basic White panel and colored in the circle with a Blending Brush and Balmy Blue ink. The whale is punched with the Whale punch and added to the card front with dimensionals. Some bubbles of Iridescent Pearls finish off the card.

Dimensions:

Thick Basic White card base – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, folded at 4 1/4″

Basic White – 4″ x 5 1/4″ (2 – one for card front, one for template), scrap for punch
