In May, I had featured the Thankful Garden bundle, the anchor of the Lovely Garden Suite, for my monthly Zoom Product Class. Participants ordered the bundle the month prior, and I sent them 5 card kits which we made together on a Zoom call. Plus, it was recorded so they could have access to it afterwards, and a pdf tutorial was included. This was the first card in the series.

Thankful Garden Blog Hop Card Measurements

Here are the measurements for the pieces I used for this card:

• Thick Basic White card base 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, folded at 4 1/4”
• Basic Black—4” x 5 1/4”
• Basic White—3 3/4” x 5”, 4 1/4” x 2”, scrap punched with Labeled with Love punch
• Lovely Garden DSP—5” x 3/4” (design 1), 3” x 5” (design 2)
• Black & Very Vanilla 3/8” Large Check Ribbon—6”, 4”

Instructions:

1. Adhere the 2 DSP pieces to the Basic White panel, covering the whole panel and abutting the DSP against each other. Wrap longer piece of ribbon around the panel, adhering the ends only to the back of the panel. Then, adhere the whole panel to the Basic Black mat. This can then be added to the front of the card base.

2. Die cut 2 of the many-large-leaves die from the Basic White strip. Add these to the card front, slipping them each under the ribbon and overlapping each other a bit.

3. Stamp sentiment on label using Memento Black ink. Add to card front over the ribbon and the leaves overlap using dimensionals.

4. Slide the second piece of ribbon under the ribbon on the card front and tie a tight knot where desired.

I find this method of knot-tying to be the most fool-proof method for classes. You of course could use whatever method you prefer. Also, you can see another card I made with this suite here.
