The 2024-2026 In Colors from Stampin’ Up! are bright and beautiful, and they work together beautifully! This isn’t always the case, but it makes me so happy when they do. Given that the theme to our blog hop is In Colors, this card allowed me to use all of them at once!
By lining up 1″ strips of Pretty in Pink, Petunia Pop, Peach Pie, Summer Splash and Shy Shamrock and placing them on a Basic Black background, the new In Colors are definitely the highlight of this card! I chose to put them at slightly jaunty angles, but they can also be laid down straight.
I then used the Layers of Beauty bundle‘s large floral stamp to stamp over all the strips. I did use a Stamparatus which we no longer carry, but there are many stamping tools like it on the market (see suggestion below). It was helpful to be able to stamp the image multiple times in Memento Tuxedo Black ink to make sure it stands out.
Adding the above to a Thick Basic White card base allows the entire card to pop! A sentiment stamped and die cut from the Unbounded Love bundle ties it together. And who doesn’t love sparkly dots and a little twine bow?
