Stampin’ Up!’s Circle Sayings stamp set is retiring as of 4/30, and I’m not sure why but I am only just realizing the hole this is going to make in my cardmaking designs. This was my #1 go-to stamp set of the year! Looking back, I realized I used it every month for classes and in blog posts like this one.
The Circle Sayings sentiments are versatile, and the way some of them are curved allows them to fit perfectly in the 2 3/8″ Circle Punch with which the stamp set is currently bundled for savings. Fortunately, the punch will be available in our online store ongoing.
The card shown above is one that could be used for a man – blues and grays for a masculine tone. It also uses a treat bag to provide the background Designer Series Paper (DSP) which is a fun twist, showing that you can find DSP in unusual places! Also, two of the sentiments from the Circle Sayings stamp set were combined to create the focal point for the card.
Below are all the details for this card. For more ideas every month, be sure to sign up for my weekly newsletter at the bottom of this page. For info about my upcoming in-person and virtual classes, check out my class descriptions here and my calendar here. Thanks for checking this out!

Instructions:
- Stamp the celebrate sentiment with Pebbled Path ink on the Basic White Cardstock measuring 4 x 2 ¾”. Note: I stamp closer to the left-hand side of the paper so it’s easier to punch.
- In Boho Blue ink, stamp with “Because You’re Awesome” sentiment in the center of the “celebrate” image.
- Punch image with the 2 3/8” circle punch.
- Die cut the 3” x 3” Pebbled Path Cardstock with a circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies (the second largest die).
- Layer the sentiment on the Pebbled Path circle.
- Die cut the Boho Blue DSP with the third largest irregular hexagon shape from the Nested Essential Dies.
- Attach the die cut shape to the 5” x 3 ¾” In Color Treat Bag piece.
- Adhere this panel to the Pebbled Path 5 ¼” x 4” cardstock.
- Glue all to Basic White Thick Cardstock Base.
- Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop up the sentient on the front of the card.
- Add Pebbled Path In Color dots to each side of the sentiment.
