The Doggone Friendly background stamp is one stamp with a whole lot of cuteness! There are actual dogs whose images were used to create this artwork . I love that you can leave it black & white, or color in one that you like (or just the bandana). I’m just sad that my Alaskan Huskie/Beagle mix isn’t one of the ones pictured, but dogs are dogs!
So often I want to reach out to a friend who has lost a pup. It’s too bad they don’t live forever. This card is perfect to have on hand for those sad times.

Doggone Friendly Card Measurements:
- Basic White Thick – 4 1/4” x 11”, score at 5 1/2“
- Real Red – 3 7/8” x 5 1/8” & scrap
- Basic White – 3 3/4” x 5” & scrap
Instructions:
- Fold and burnish card base. Stamp inside with love & hugs sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and little heart with Real Red Ink.
- Ink Doggone Friendly background stamp with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Add Basic White layer to stamp. Cover with printer weight paper layer applying pressure to cover entire layer with dog images. Color dog scarf with Dark Real Red Stampin’ Blend Marker and Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.
- Adhere stamped layer to Real Red layer. Tie Black & White Gingham Ribbon in a knot around layer where shown.
- Stamp hexagon frame on Basic White scrap with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Stamp sympathy sentiment with Real Red Ink and punch with Heartfelt Hexagon Punch.
- Punch Real Red hexagon. Cut in half horizontally and add to back of sentiment label to create a frame.
- Add sentiment label to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Embellish with clear Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems.
